Our Policies

Refunds & Exchanges: We currently do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective upon delivery.
Order Check: Please inspect your order while the courier is present. If the item is damaged, return it on the spot and pay only the delivery fee.
Custom Orders: Made-to-order items take 30–45 working days. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, and it is non-refundable.
